COOKING CLASSES
Cook and learn Italian: make your favorite Italian recipe from scratch while speaking Italian. Chose from your favorite regional specialty and get instruction all the way from the grocery list, to the food preparation while learning both Italian and new cooking tips that will enrich you culturally and as a chef. This course can be taken by a variety of students who want to refresh their skills in conversation or beginners who are ready for their next linguistic and culinary adventure. Written recipes will be provided as well the option to video-tape the lesson.
